Buyer Registration

Buyer Terms and Conditions
        1. Buyers are decision makers (Owner/Managing Director/General Manager/Manager/equivalent) of Travel Bureaus, Event Organizers or MICE organizers from all over Indonesia or abroad who have the potential to sell tourism products, hotels, and others related to NTT tourism.
        2. Have clear business legality (Please upload NIB document and association membership certificate) on the form (Tentative/Optional).
        3. Buyers must get recommendations from Travel Agent / Tour Operator (TA / TO) partners in NTT Province who will become business partners to sell tourist destinations in NTT.
        4. Each travel agency, event organizer or MICE organizer can only be represented by 1 delegate.
        5. Buyers get transfer in & transfer out facilities, accommodation for 3 nights twin sharing / triple sharing, participant / ID card, and goody bag.
        6. Buyers also get 3 breakfasts, 2 coffee break, 1 event table top, 2 lunch, and 3 dinners and Island Hopping Komodo.
        7. Each Buyer must register online by filling out the attached form at komodotravelmart.co.id/buyer
        8. After registering online, buyers will get a confirmation along with an invoice from the committee sent via email.
        9. Each buyer is charged a fee (NON REFUNDABLE) of Rp. 750,000. Payment can be made via bank transfer.

        12. Payment no later than 3 days after registration.
        13. If the e-ticket & proof of payment have been received by the committee via email: admin@komodotravelmart.co.id, the buyer’s name will be displayed on the official Komodo Travel Mart website.
        14. For pick-up at the airport from 08.00 to 15.00 WIB, outside the specified time the committee does not prepare pick-up transportation.
        15. All buyers must arrive in Labuan Bajo before 15.00 WIB as the main requirement to get confirmation from the committee.
        16. All buyers are required to participate in all activities.
        17. For those who want to take part in the post tour, more details about the post tour will be informed after passing the buyers selection. To join the post tour, buyers will be charged an additional fee.
        18. All identity and business documents required by the committee must be png, jpg, jpeg, or pdf type and have a maximum size of 2MB for each files.
        19. The committee has the right to approve / cancel / reject registrations that are not in accordance with these terms & conditions or with the committee’s policy.
